Pro Finishing Facility

The design of the new Professional Finishing Facility, a 3000 sq. ft. painting and metal finishing plant located in Richmond, CA, is based on the functional requirements for natural light and ventilation.

Following the archetypal saw tooth industrial form found in older industrial parks, Baker Vilar Architects exploited the site’s orientation and prevailing winds to satisfy the clients stipulations for energy efficiency.
