Rebecca Hayden, AIA
Beginning her career working on university libraries, Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in overseeing the construction and renovation of civic, community, institutional, housing, retail and mixed-use projects. She serves as the firm’s project director: overseeing production of drawings & specifications, construction administration, scheduling, and research of material applications.
She offers expertise at project management, construction management, coordination with governmental agencies and obtaining approvals for a variety of projects from the initial funding approvals phase to project close out. As such, her technical experience working with governmental agencies, has successfully resulted in additional funding from alternative energy programs for energy conservation, for access compliance, and seismic safety. She was responsible for coordinating Berkeley Unified Schools Seismic Safety Report with the Division of the State Architect.
