Washington Elementary School Modernization
For the design of the modernization and seismic upgrade of Washington School, the existing plan of the school was modified to accept new reinforced concrete shear walls and the new programing requirements. The new plan includes a new administrative area, waiting and reception areas for parents, teachers’ lounge/workrooms at both first and second floors, media center rooms, resource rooms, an enlarged library, a new elevator and new accessible restrooms throughout.
