Berkeley High School New Classroom Building, Gymnasium, & Landscaping
The New Classroom and Gymnasium Building at Berkeley High School was completed as the final phase of 3 in the modernization of BHS’s South of Bancroft portion of the campus. This facility replaced the existing 1922 practice gymnasium with a seismically safe building that included a practice gymnasium, soft gym, weight room, and a three story classroom wing. The work also included site improvements such as a new softball field with scoreboard, landscape planting, play courts, and permeable paving courtyard.
